  No Soliciting Signs

If we want to stop any foot traffic in the neighborhood and stop any solicitors each neighbor needs a no soliciting sign on their home. This will enable the patrolman to give the solicitor a citation even if he has a permit to sell. This way when the officer stops a solicitor he can escort him out of the neighborhood and not release him back to the street to continue knocking on doors and looking in windows.
